City of Newton's Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Community Celebration |

|
On Jan. 20, the City of Newton held its 52nd Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Community Celebration. The Celebration was held at the First Baptist Church and showcased speakers and performers from Newton.
The event was co-sponsored by a number of organizations, listed on the Newton Government's website as such: "the Mayor's Office, the Harmony Foundation, the Newton Interfaith Clergy Association, The Village Bank, Newton Public Schools, the Human Rights Commission,...FORJ, the First Baptist Church of Newton, and The Newton Family Singers."
